Mike to Try New Anti-rejection Drug
Hello everyone. I haven’t been reporting in lately because things have been very tense. Mike is not doing well right now as he is not responding to the anti-rejection drugs like the doctors had hoped. He is developing more complications that are becoming increasingly difficult to treat.
They have just started another drug to try and turn things around. He is in serious trouble and they are doing everything they can to help him. We will know in a week or so if the new drug is doing anything. He is extremely weak, but is strong in mind and spirit. If this is all it took to get well, he would have no trouble.
We are all still keeping our chins up and hoping like hell that he will respond to the new therapy. I never dreamed in a million years that things would get this far. Until now, I never doubted this would work. I still feel hopeful that it will and we will fight with all we’re worth.
Hopefully my next message will hold better news.
